With The SISGI Group, and specifically dealing with Thenera, I would recommend the company to any type of company. It just seems like there's a pattern that they've created that cuts through all the red tape or the crap or whatever. There's so much garbage in business that is so unproductive, and somehow she is able to sort that out very quickly. It doesn't take multiple meetings or hours to get to the point, to get to the root of the problem, in order for her to create a system. I think her experience dealing with this type of stuff through so many different types of companies and organizations that it actually works really well for our company. I'm so grateful that we found Thenera and The SISGI Group. Before we found them, business life was huge communication breakdowns between myself and my business partner. Unsolvable people management challenges and gut-based decision making. But after just six months of working with Thenera and The SISGI Group, our business was a world of clear communication. Employees working in positions that massively increased productivity and decreased frustration. And company decision making that was based on objective information gathered by the leadership team instead of gut decisions. Thenera has been able to listen to our complex problems, whether it be with employees or processes that we have in place that are not working. And then she finds very simple and applicable solutions that we can apply the same day or the next day. And she's able to walk us through them to show us how to implement them with all the what ifs. And it makes everything that we speak to her about solved very rapidly as opposed to us trying to figure out and making a bunch of mistakes along the way. Her solutions have always worked. A certain program that we need as well, we'll give her some of the issues that we're facing. And then she is able to tell us what program would actually help us the most. So in this case, it was Asana. And we also threw out different programs that we've heard about that we thought would work. And based off of her deep knowledge about the organization, she knew that those other ones were not going to work.

Strategic Consulting, Innovation & Growth

01

National Strategy, Program Design & Replication

Taking what works into new places—thoughtfully.

The challenge

An organization has developed a promising program and is considering expanding across regions, institutions, or communities. Leaders need to determine which elements are essential, whether the program is ready to expand, and how local partnerships and implementation conditions should inform the approach.

How SISGI can help

We help organizations examine their program models, clarify essential components, assess readiness for expansion, and design national or multi-site implementation strategies.

Our approach emphasizes understanding what should remain consistent while collaborating with local partners to adapt programs to different communities and environments.

What an engagement might include

  • Program model assessments
  • National strategy development
  • Replication readiness assessment
  • Core program component identification
  • Multi-site implementation design
  • Regional and local adaptation planning
  • Community partner and collaborator engagement
  • Implementation support
  • Evaluation and continuous learning

03

Local Adaptation & Community-Centered Expansion

National vision. Local knowledge. Shared ownership.

The challenge. An organization is expanding into new communities or regions but recognizes that a standardized model may not reflect local priorities, histories, relationships, resources, and conditions.

How SISGI can help & what an engagement might include

We help organizations develop expansion strategies through meaningful collaboration with local leaders, community members, and organizational partners.

Our approach emphasizes listening, relationship development, co-design, local leadership, and shared ownership rather than imposing a model developed elsewhere.
